Our Policies

  • Pricing
    All of our prices are at a ‘start’ price. Each client’s hair may require more then others which will result in an increase of that service price based on product usage, and time. This will be determined by each individual’s service needs
  • Cancellation policy
    Our salon is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels an appointment without giving enough notice, they prevent other clients from being booked. We request you to give us at least 24-hour notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you miss an appointment and do not contact us within 24-hours prior notice, we consider this a missed appointment, and a no-show fee may be applied to your next appointment. This applies to late cancellations and “no-shows”. Too many no-show appointments may result in restrictions on future services.
  • Late policy
    We understand that unexpected things can happen. We do ask that if you are running late, please call the salon to let your stylist know prior to your appointment time. Depending on each situation and schedule, if you arrive past your appointment time, we cant guarantee you will be taken.
  • Gift Certificates
    Gift certificates can be purchased and used at either of our locations. They are non-refundable. Cut to the Chase is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Inappropriate language or actions
    Cut to the Chase has the right to refuse services to any individuals for inappropriate language or improper conduct. Cut to the Chase also has the right to cancel mid-service if inappropriate behavior or language is used resulting in our team members feeling uncomfortable.
  • Refunds and/or exchanges
    All sales final on retail products and services. Service satisfaction is very important to us! We want everyone leaving our salon loving the service they received. If an adjustment to your service is needed, please contact our salon manager within 7 days of your initial service. Depending on the situation, we will be happy to adjust it at no cost to you. Refunds are not made on any service rendered
